[Example] Tagless Pad Printing

We would like to introduce a case where tagless pad printing was adopted and handled by our company!

We would like to introduce a case study of tagless adoption by Takes. The company has adopted "Takefu," a material made from 100% bamboo, as the main material, while also developing a lightweight, shape-retaining fabric blended with organic cotton. This time, they have adopted "tagless pad printing," which we have handled for them. The printing is so subtle that it is barely noticeable to the touch, providing an overwhelming comfort while preserving the product's inherent value, and it has also passed 50 industrial washing tests. [Case Overview] ■ Implementing Company: Takes ■ Implemented Service: Tagless Pad Printing *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Compact Case

Introducing pad printing and printing techniques that also challenge wrap-around printing!

We would like to introduce a case study of printing on plastic compact cases using pad printing technology. The pad printing used this time is a printing method that allows for multi-color printing. The positional relationship between the two colors is an important factor for appearance, so it is crucial to ensure stable positioning conditions. Additionally, by creatively adjusting the printing conditions and materials, it is possible to print slightly around the edges. 【Case Overview】 ■Product: Compact Case ■Details ・Printed in two colors: navy and yellow ・Edge printing *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Glass Ball: 180° Printing Challenge for Spheres

In standard pad printing, the decorative range is up to 120°! We are continuing to make improvements!

Here is an example of printing on a glass ball (diameter 40mm). This time, we challenged ourselves to print on 180°. Since decoration is not possible with conventional methods, we adjusted the materials accordingly. As a result, we were able to print up to about 160°. Materials that are hard and glossy like glass tend to have poor adhesion, so it seems that we will continue to face challenges in achieving clean prints. We are currently continuing improvements, so please stay tuned. 【Case Overview】 ■Printed Item: Glass Ball (Diameter 40mm) ■Content: Challenge to 180° ■Result: Able to print up to about 160° *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Ultra-small printing on titanium ear picks

What I used was pad printing! I was able to print in any font size!

Here is an example of ultra-small printing on a titanium ear pick. We printed the text "Beat Covid 19" in 1pt, 2pt, and 3pt sizes, and we were able to print in any font size. Please note that because the text is extremely small, the characters themselves and the cut-out portions are prone to distortion. If you have a request to print text that is so small it is nearly unreadable, please feel free to consult with us. [Case Overview] ■ Printed Item: Titanium Ear Pick ■ Printing Method: Pad Printing ■ Result: Printed the text "Beat Covid 19" in 1pt, 2pt, and 3pt sizes, and was able to print in any font size. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Full Circle Printing on Wooden Rings

A challenge to "shape limitations"! Printing is possible not only on wood but also on resin and metal.

Printing on a typical donut shape is generally limited to "printing on the top surface" when using pad printing. However, by innovating with materials (such as those that serve the role of a stamp), we attempted to print "around the entire circumference." In the first process, we printed half, and in the second process, we printed the remaining half. We were able to print a full 360 degrees around the ring shape in two processes. As seen in the sample, if the pattern is such that the seams are hard to notice and the stretch is not concerning, it can be effective. 【Case Summary】 ■ Printed Item: Wooden Ring ■ Printing Method: Pad Printing ■ Result: We were able to print a full 360 degrees around the ring shape in two processes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Printing Example] Habiris Japan, General Incorporated Association

A case of logo printing on synthetic rubber, a difficult-to-adhere material, for sports prosthetic hands and fingertips.

We empathize with the thoughts and activities of Habiris Japan, which develops and rents sports prosthetics and hand tools, and we have decided to cooperate with them through printing. Since rubber is more difficult to adhere to compared to resin, we printed on areas less prone to friction during use, and also selected several materials for products that have a shape with protrusions in the center, conducting prototypes. As a result, we achieved beautiful printing, and the teacher in charge was very pleased with it. We hope that through our printing, children will think it looks "cool" or "cute." 【Case Summary】 ■Printed Item: Rubber Sports Prosthetic Hand Tool ■Printing Method: Pad Printing ■Result: Achieved beautiful printing, and the teacher in charge was very pleased. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
