Hot press

Achieving high-pressure presses according to theoretical values! Various models available for research and development.

The press frame, manufactured using our unique method of machining thick plates, is free from aging changes such as surface warping and deformation seen in conventional welded structures, allowing for high-pressure pressing as per theoretical values. Additionally, the press room can move sideways, offering excellent operability and safety, and can operate at high temperatures of up to 2,800°C in a high-pressure atmosphere of up to 0.99 MPa, similar to a gas pressure high-temperature furnace. 【Features】 ■ No aging changes such as surface warping or deformation ■ High-pressure pressing can be performed as per theoretical values ■ Sideways movement of the press room is possible ■ Excellent operability and safety ■ Capable of operating at high temperatures of up to 2,800°C in a high-pressure atmosphere of up to 0.99 MPa *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Continuous hot press

The highly praised hot press is also available in a type suitable for large-scale processing!

We would like to introduce the "Continuous Hot Press" handled by Chugoku Ro Industrial Co., Ltd. The material is sequentially transported into the furnace by a pusher and is pressed in the hot press zone. The pressing is conducted simultaneously on multiple axes in a high-temperature atmosphere of up to 2,400°C, enabling mass production. Please feel free to contact us when you need assistance. 【Features】 ■ The material is sequentially transported into the furnace by a pusher ■ Pressed in the hot press zone ■ Pressing can be done simultaneously on multiple axes in a high-temperature atmosphere of up to 2,400°C ■ Capable of mass production *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
