This is a custom-made stainless steel base used for immersing a strip-shaped film into a chemical solution, delivered to a bio-related manufacturer. It is made from SUS316L material, which has excellent chemical resistance. The thin, special strip film is inserted into this base and immersed in a tray containing the chemical solution. Since the film itself has delicate properties, any burrs, edges, or sharp parts on the partition plates or the base can scratch the film and degrade its quality. Therefore, the surface has been processed to be smooth, eliminating any burrs or edges.
