The SAB series vacuum pads for thin steel plates are optimal 1.5-stage bellows vacuum pads for the suction and transport of thin steel plates with an oil film. The pads, made of highly oil-resistant nitrile rubber, feature grooves on the suction surface to release oil, allowing for strong adhesion to workpieces with an oil film and enabling rapid transport. The pads are available in sizes ranging from a minimum of Φ22mm to a maximum of Φ125mm. You can choose the most suitable pad for your workpiece from three materials: general-purpose nitrile rubber (NBR-60), markless rubber that leaves minimal suction marks (HT1), and high-temperature durable rubber that is both markless and excellent in high-temperature resistance (HT2/Φ22mm to Φ80mm).

The HT2 series vacuum pads are suction pads made from high-temperature resistant rubber. They were developed as pads for transporting thin steel sheets at high temperatures in processes such as hot forming and hot forging.
