Humidifying without wetting the room, the CO2 emissions from humidification are less than one-twentieth compared to steam-type humidifiers.
**System Features**
1. Excellent Energy Saving Effect
By utilizing the heat generated in the clean room to directly vaporize (humidify) mist within the clean room, the need for steam humidification from external units can be reduced. Additionally, the cooling effect from the mist's vaporization further decreases the energy consumption of refrigeration units, achieving energy savings in two ways.
2. Low CO2 Emissions
When comparing CO2 emissions for humidifying 1 ton of water, the steam method emits 160 kg-CO2 annually, while this system produces less than one-twentieth of that amount. Furthermore, the vaporization cooling associated with humidification reduces the electricity consumption of refrigeration units, leading to additional CO2 reductions.
3. Excellent Control
In contrast to high-pressure single-fluid nozzles, which make it difficult to control continuous spray amounts, this system employs a unique time-proportional control technology to ensure excellent control.
4. No Water Droplet Leakage from Nozzles
Our unique technology prevents the leakage of water droplets from nozzles that is often seen during the start and stop of conventional spraying.
**Implementation Results**
There are already many implementations in semiconductor factories and FPD factories (such as Korea's S Electronics, S Electric, and L Electronics).
