Resin Spray Nozzle "King Nozzle" TYPE-TF Series

Spiral full cone nozzle with minimal clogging and a variety of materials available.

【TYPE-TF】We only handle the TF type of products from Bete-Fog, a company in the United States. With a spiral shape and no internal obstructions, it is less likely to clog, and it has a larger particle size, providing significant impact force at high spray pressures. In addition to resins such as PP, PVC, and Teflon, there are also metal options like SUS-316 and brass, making it suitable for high-temperature environments where resin nozzles cannot be used, as well as for firefighting applications. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including washing, cooling, watering, firefighting, and humidifying.

Resin Spray Nozzle "King Nozzle" S-100 Series

High-flow full cone type nozzle, spraying up to 800 L/min at 0.5 MPa.

The 【TYPE-S-100】 is a full cone spray type large flow rate spray nozzle. There are four types available based on the mounting screw size, each offering two spray angles of 90° (M) and 120° (W). The type with the largest mounting screw size of 2-1/2” (S-104X) can achieve a flow rate exceeding 800 L/min at 0.5 MPa. The mist particles are very large, allowing for impact force to be utilized. (Due to the large particle size, our measurement method cannot measure particle diameter.) It is ideal for watering large cooling towers, as well as for cleaning, cooling, defoaming, and humidifying with large volumes of water.

Resin Spray Nozzle "King Nozzle" TYPE-AS Series

Coarse particles, ideal for cleaning, cooling, and defoaming. Basic type of full cone spray.

The 【TYPE-AS】 is a basic type spray nozzle with a full cone spray pattern. The spray angle is relatively small, and the mist particles are coarser and larger compared to a hollow cone type, making it ideal for cleaning, cooling, watering, and defoaming. Additionally, it is made of resin (polypropylene: PP), which is resistant to acids and alkalis, making it suitable for surface cleaning before painting or plating.

Spray nozzle "King Nozzle" TYPE-MY

A fine mist with a large flow rate (1L/min) can be obtained at a water pressure of approximately 0.2MPa.

The 【TYPE-MY】 is a metal spray nozzle that can produce a large volume of fine mist at a low pressure of 0.2 to 0.3 MPa (approximately the pressure of tap water). It contains fine mist particles around 10 µm and relatively larger particles of about 250 µm, so it is not a dry mist. However, in outdoor settings where water saturation is not an issue, it provides cooling through latent heat with a large amount of fine mist, as well as cooling effects from the wetting effect. - In gardens and rooftop gardens: It sprays upwards, simultaneously achieving cooling and watering effects in the surrounding atmosphere, as well as visual effects. - On building rooftops: The fine mist and wetting effects cool the surrounding area of the rooftop, allowing for watering and cooling of the rooftop surface, which can reduce the air conditioning load of the building. - In sports fields, golf courses, tennis courts, and outdoor pools: A cool breeze containing droplets can be generated, providing effective measures against heat.
