**Overview of Model Production** We created a model to explain the operation of equipment for a plant, commissioned by an electrical equipment manufacturer for plants. **Behind the Scenes of Production** After delivery, the model was used at an overseas exhibition, but initially, it seemed to lack attention. Therefore, we received the following two requests from the client: - A design where the devices and shutters open and close automatically. - An addition of a mechanism for a worker figurine to appear partway through. With the next exhibition approaching in two months, the production team was in a state of "we simply don't have enough time!" However, since this was a valued client of our parent company, we were determined to "absolutely make this a success!" and united with the manufacturing department to complete the project. As a result, the model caught the attention of visitors at the exhibition and proved to be very useful as a sales item. Model introduction case of foreign object sorting conveyor device in soil and sand! Foreign object sorting operation by reversing the conveyor.
**Overview of Model Production** At the request of a major construction manufacturer, we created a model of a conveyor that sorts foreign objects from soil. It is designed to visualize the processes of soil transportation and the sorting and distribution of foreign objects. **Actual Operation** 1. The collected soil is transported from Screw Conveyor 1 to Conveyor 2. 2. Using sensor α installed on the conveyor, foreign objects in the soil transported to Conveyor 2 are sorted (in reality, foreign object pellets are mixed into Conveyor 2). 3. The sorted soil is transported to Inverted Conveyor 3 for distribution. 4. Foreign objects are collected by a magnet as they fall into the hopper in front. **Behind the Scenes of Production** We faced significant challenges in expressing the sorting of pellets and adjusting the timing for the distribution of foreign objects using the inverted conveyor. Ultimately, we embedded a metal core in the foreign object pellets to be detected by the metal currency sensor α, and we adjusted the rotation speed and direction control timing of Conveyors 2 and 3 through trial and error.
