Processing inspection measurement jigs (check pins) with plastic resin!

Since it is made of plastic resin, there is no need to worry about scratching the workpiece! We take the characteristics of the material into consideration and strive to accommodate requests regarding tolerances and distortions as much as possible.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process inspection measurement jigs (check pins and check blocks) using plastic resin. Because they are made of resin material, there is no worry about scratching the workpiece. In our company, we pay careful attention to processing from the cutting of materials to ensure that the check jigs for automotive-related industrial machinery have minimal tolerances, warping, and distortion. Additionally, we can produce small lots starting from one piece, and we can accommodate repeat orders from single items. By inspecting the difficulty of handling, we aim to reduce the defect rate and ultimately meet your requirements. 【About Our Processing】 ■ NC Lathe Composite Processing (Okuma) In cases where indexing processing is frequent, we use a 4-axis processing machine that does not require clamps or positioning jigs. ■ Material POM (Duracon, Polyacetal) is a well-balanced material among engineering plastics and is often compared to MC nylon due to its cost-effectiveness. ■ Inspection By inspecting the difficulty of handling, which does not show up in numbers, we aim to reduce the defect rate and ultimately meet your requirements. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Positioning jig "Work Guide" processed with plastic resin!

Produced with short lead times and low prices! We will accommodate processing that closely meets your requested conditions, considering the material characteristics such as tolerances, distortion, warping, and burrs.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process positioning jigs called "Work Guides" using plastic resin. By mounting and using the Work Guide as a base, we simplify the positioning of the workpiece. The "Work Guide" for industrial machinery related to the automotive sector often has relatively simple shapes, allowing for production with short lead times and low costs. [About Our Processing] ■ Machining (Mori Seiki) We use CADCAM to create programs and processing conditions with a sense of speed. (If 2D data is available, please provide it.) ■ Material MC Nylon (monomer cast nylon) is commonly used in areas requiring mechanical strength (impact resistance) and is generally easy to obtain, making it widely used. ■ Lead Time Depending on the processing shape and material, we can get as close as possible to your desired lead time. ■ Strengths Unlike metals, plastic resin materials are generally arranged in standard lengths, so there are not many manufacturers like ours that have a rich supply of materials. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
