It allows for the construction of highly flexible wiring patterns, enabling the application of optimal wiring patterns to areas that require high light transmittance, thus achieving anti-fogging and defrosting functions. (No need for pattern masks or printing plates; wiring can be formed based on CAD data.)
■ Environmental Considerations
Compared to planar heaters using etching, the use of metal wires with a constant diameter results in less variation in characteristic impedance, and it is also environmentally friendly due to minimal waste liquid and scrap.
■ Selectable Conductors
Conductors can be selected according to performance, with diameters ranging from 0.05 to 0.12 mm. Wire materials available include copper, nichrome (NiCr), kanthal (FeCrAl), tungsten, and more.
