Our company, as an aluminum building materials manufacturer, specializes in rainwater management through our expertise in capstones and water stops, and developed the dry external insulation method "LLH External Insulation Ventilation Layer System" in 2003. The external insulation method improves the thermal environment inside the building while protecting the building structure from sunlight, outside temperatures, and wind and rain, thereby achieving a longer lifespan for the building. There are two types of external insulation methods: the dry method, which physically fixes the insulation material with metal anchor bolts and LLH support hardware, and the wet method, which fixes the insulation material with adhesives such as acrylic resin-based mortar. The dry method allows for the installation of support hardware and battens on top of the insulation material, enabling the selection of various exterior materials such as dry tiles, aluminum panels, spandrels, Galvalume steel sheets, wooden boards, and stone. Low-cost, design-rich Passive Wall(R) wet exterior insulation.

LLH wet-type external insulation is constructed using the trusted technology of the Passive Wall(R) method, which features rich textures and high insulation performance!

In Tsuzuki, we have adopted the passive wall method as the standard method for wet exterior insulation with the cooperation of Aika Kogyo Co., Ltd. We achieve high-quality wet exterior insulation with reliable domestic products and trusted construction techniques. Furthermore, in the dry method, we can also propose large thin tiles inspired by natural stone as design materials. 1. The durability of the structure is improved. By protecting the structure from the outside, we suppress concrete cracking. Since the temperature of the structure synchronizes with the room temperature, temperature changes are minimized, which also suppresses the expansion and contraction of the RC structure, reducing the risk of cracking. It is not affected by freeze damage, rainwater, or acid rain. 2. The building becomes less prone to condensation. It is less influenced by external environmental factors and maintains an almost constant indoor temperature. Additionally, since the RC structure synchronizes with the room temperature, indoor condensation is reliably suppressed. This also helps reduce the occurrence of mold and mites, contributing to a healthy and comfortable living space. 3. System Overview EPS (expanded polystyrene foam) is applied to the RC structure. A base coat is applied, and a reinforcing mesh is embedded, followed by a finish coat. This is a wet exterior insulation method composed of materials with moisture permeability (insulation materials, covering materials, finishing materials). The finish can be beautifully and impressively crafted using the unique techniques of plastering artisans.
