Features of SC Lock: 1. The wide packing guards the area around the mounting hole, demonstrating waterproof performance (Protection grade: IP67). 2. It is RoHS compliant. 3. It uses materials with excellent weather resistance and electrical insulation. 4. We also accept special materials and custom rubber sleeve processing. ● What IP67 means: It refers to a structure that prevents the ingress of dust into electrical and mechanical equipment (dust-tight) and does not allow water to enter even when submerged at a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes (water-resistant) (Quoted from JIS C0920). ● Usage Precautions: While the IP67 compliance has been verified based on our experiments, it may vary depending on individual conditions.

Waterproof connector that prevents the intrusion of oil, water, and dust from the power cord and cable entry points.

This is a cable gland that can be used for cable entry points such as power supply cables. It has a highly reliable sealing function (protection class: IP67 compliant), and even if the cable is pulled, the internal rubber sleeve securely holds it in place, preventing disconnection and wire breakage. It is made from "polyamide" (UL certified material), which is flame-retardant, resistant to organic solvents, and has excellent mechanical strength. A wide range of sizes is available for compatible cable outer diameters from φ3.0 to φ38.0. The body colors available are gray, ivory, and black. Additionally, we offer a corrosion-resistant type (SC) that is strong against acids and alkalis, with excellent chemical resistance, ensuring safe use even in corrosive environments.
