Dry Bearing Diform G

Can be used in corrosive liquids and seawater! Bearing materials with excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance.

"DaiForce G" is a solid bearing material made from environmentally friendly, lead-free materials, reinforced with glass fibers and containing special additives of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It excels in chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use in corrosive liquids and seawater. Thanks to the effects of the special additives, it has excellent low friction coefficients and wear resistance characteristics under relatively light loads. 【Features】 ■ Possesses low friction coefficients and wear resistance characteristics without lubrication ■ Does not experience stick-slip with low friction coefficients ■ Excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance ■ Superior tolerance for misalignment ■ Excellent load-bearing capacity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Non-rotating knuckle force wire rope for cranes

Please use "Nackforce" when higher non-rotational stability is required, such as with construction cranes and other high-elevation equipment.

In high-lift crane operations, entanglement with multiple slings and the rotation of loads with a single sling drastically reduce work efficiency. Naniwa Seiko has developed the non-rotational 4-strand rope "Nack Force," which prioritizes this issue and has received positive feedback.
