Fluororesin film Nitoflon No. 900 series

It is a PTFE (fluorine) resin film with excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, electrical properties, weather resistance, and good slip characteristics.

**Features** - It has excellent chemical resistance and is hardly affected by acids such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid, as well as caustic alkalis and ammonia. - It possesses outstanding electrical properties, including low dielectric loss, high insulation resistance, and breakdown voltage. Both dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent are minimal, and its volume resistivity is extremely high, remaining stable over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies, making it suitable for high-frequency insulation materials. - It has a wide continuous use range from -100°C to 260°C. It shows the lowest friction coefficient among all solids and has excellent self-lubricating properties. By combining various fillers, oil-free bearings with good wear resistance and cold flow resistance can be obtained. - It excels in non-stick and release properties, not allowing adhesive substances to adhere, and can be easily released even when in contact with adhesive materials. - It demonstrates excellent weather resistance and moisture resistance. - It has excellent flame resistance.

Barnacle prevention film "MarinGuard"

A removable film that suppresses the attachment of marine organisms such as barnacles! Non-toxic and environmentally friendly as it does not use paint! Also effective for the bottom of ships.

"Marine Glide" is a film that suppresses the attachment of barnacles and other organisms for an extended period due to its special surface. By simply applying it to equipment used underwater, it can reduce fouling caused by attached organisms. It does not contain any harmful or repellent components, making it a non-toxic and environmentally friendly anti-fouling material. ☆ Features of "Marine Glide" The anti-fouling layer on the film's surface suppresses the adhesion of proteins that organisms use to attach to the surface, preventing attachment. Since it does not contain toxic components, it does not impose a burden on the environment. Additionally, it is easy to apply to surfaces.
