The new functional polyester "Belcouple" combines regular polyester in the core and low-melting-point polyester in the sheath, allowing two types of polymers with different melting points to change into various forms through thermal processing. Textile materials made from this yarn exhibit high heat sealability (prevention of misalignment), shape stability, and hardness adjustability. 【Features】 ■ Fibers melt with heat (thermal fusion) By applying thermal processing (190°C), the low-melting-point polyester in the sheath melts, transforming the multifilament into monofilament (single yarn), resulting in high resilience.
