Many of the opening and closing troubles with rail-type gates are caused by the accumulation of foreign objects in the rails. In particular, in snowy regions, damage to the rails from snow removal equipment frequently occurs, necessitating the demolition and re-pouring of the concrete floor each time replacement work is done. During this time, it is not uncommon to have to close off the facility's entrance and exit. The Hashimoto non-rail gate does not have rails installed on the ground, fundamentally preventing such problems from occurring. The hoist car guide rails are positioned above the ground, so they are not affected by snow, mud, or debris, allowing for smooth opening and closing throughout the year. There are not a few cases where the introduction of large gates is being considered, but installation is given up due to site shape constraints. Common issues are as follows: - No space can be secured for pulling in on one side - The opening is wide, but the pocket space is narrow - Existing structures limit the layout The Hashimoto-style non-rail gate can be selected from multiple structures according to site conditions. The two-stage gate (independent rail type) reduces storage space by about 40% compared to conventional sliding doors. Even with a wide opening, the storage area can be kept compact. There are also construction records for an opening of about 25 meters using a double sliding method. The opening and closing methods can be selected from three types: A (one-sided slide), B (double-sided slide), and C (one-sided slide + push open). For locations where installing a hanging rail is difficult, a type II that uses two bottom wheels is also available. The basic installation condition is that the entrance opening is level or close to it.
