NBC's non-rail gate has no casters running on the floor and is also excellent in terms of maintenance!
Non-rail gates are sliding gates that do not use rails in the opening. Currently, there are roughly two types of non-rail gates available in the market.
1. A type that does not use rails at the entrance and is supported by casters for opening and closing. This type is less prone to sagging and has stable movement, but the casters can cause impact on the ground during opening and closing, leaving wheel marks on the surface. Additionally, if rails are to be installed on the retracting side, it incurs construction costs and time.
2. A type that does not use rails at the entrance or the retracting side and does not use casters. Since there are no casters running on the ground, it does not experience impact during opening and closing, and no wheel marks are left on the surface. Because there are no rails to install, construction costs and time can be minimized.
NBC's non-rail gate is of type 2, supported by a pocket and slides in a suspended state. It also excels in maintenance.

Currently, we have received many requests from customers wanting to add pointed ends or sneaky returns to the non-rail gates, and we are working hard to meet these requests.
