The CRD S series is a resin-sealed SMD package product for surface mounting. It has a lower mounting height than standard packages, allowing for the installation of thin LEDs without obstructing light. Additionally, we have added the "S-223T (22mA)" for high-brightness LEDs. Previously, the series had an upper limit of "S-183T (18mA)," which required the use of multiple components for 20mA high-brightness LEDs. However, with the "S-223T (22mA)," it is now possible to supply a constant current with a single component.

OWCD3, which comes bundled with a data conversion and decoding computer for OWCD2, has a model that is packaged in a 1U rack mount case!

The OWCD, which has received high praise, is provided from an air gap based on the premise of utilizing your existing assets, while other companies sell it alongside computers that perform data proxy and conversion decoding. However, when collecting and transmitting data as IoT, there is a desire to install everything at once in a compact size, especially when flowing data from OT to IT or when wanting to add to existing complex systems. To address this, we have launched the 3"i," which integrates the OWCD2 and a computer for signal conversion and decoding, allowing for easy incorporation into the network. However, this model does not offer particularly high performance and has not fully met various needs. Therefore, we have renewed it. Additionally, for customers who find the previous model insufficient for IoT purposes, we will also provide the -G"i." This will enable the promotion of data visualization within completely independent production equipment networks, ensuring security while actively improving yield rates, quality, and condition monitoring. 12A reverse current prevention diode

Solar power generation reverse flow prevention, 12A, compatible with 1,000Vdc, 100 hours salt spray test passed, IP67.

It was developed to prevent reverse current caused by voltage differences between solar cell strings. By adopting an aluminum housing, we achieved high heat dissipation and waterproof performance. By removing the reverse current prevention diode from the junction box, we not only reduced the size of the junction box but also lowered its temperature. The aluminum housing enhances heat dissipation by being mounted on a metal frame, making it possible to maintain the diode's operating temperature at a low level.

Small High Brightness Direct Mountable Chip Series

A small high-brightness LED package that enhances the design flexibility of lighting fixtures and creates new lighting environments.

The biggest feature of the LED for lighting, the "Direct Mountable Chip," is its structure that incorporates a special "reflective wall" on the side of the LED chip, which efficiently reflects the light generated within the package to the top surface of the package. By minimizing the light emission component in the package side direction, it is possible to reduce the crosstalk phenomenon (light attenuation and color change caused by adjacent LED products) that occurs when multiple CSPs are densely mounted. This technology enables the realization of lighting fixtures that achieve both high luminous flux density and high light extraction efficiency, which were difficult to achieve with conventional CSPs, in various lighting application products. Additionally, the "Monochrome Color Direct Mountable Chip" realizes blue, green, orange, and red emissions based on the technology we have developed for blue chips and phosphors. Constant Current Diode "CRD E Series (Axial Lead Type)"

High reliability with airtight sealing!

The "CRD E Series" uses elements that provide stable constant current characteristics in a compact size. It is a small device that employs a DO-35 style DHD (Double Heatsink Diode) structure with a DO35 (300mW) package. With hermetic sealing for high reliability, the component materials are inexpensive and excellent for mass production. Previously, the series had a maximum of "E-153 (15mA)," but "E-183 (18mA)" has been added. This allows for the supply of a constant current that does not exceed the rated current, making it possible to stabilize the brightness of high-brightness LEDs rated at 20mA with a single component.

Introducing a nanoparticle layer into MIM tunnel diodes to significantly improve rectification performance!

・Metal/insulator/metal tunnel diodes (MIM tunnel diodes) are used when rectifying signals of frequencies in the infrared and terahertz regions. ・ However, it is difficult to improve the rectification performance because there is a trade-off between electrical resistance and asymmetry. ・ The invention has solved the above issue by introducing metallic nanoparticle layers (NPs) into the MIM tunnel diodes and changing the tunnel barrier at forward and backward biases by the effect of electric field concentration. ・ Since the invention has greatly improved rectifying performance compared to tunnel diodes without NPs,the present tunnel diodes can be expected to be used to high-frequency devices (Optical rectenna, IR, THz detector).
