[Ayers Rock Case Study] Iizuka City Hospital (Fukuoka Prefecture)
The complaints from patients in the waiting room have decreased! We minimized the openings as much as possible to prevent cold air intrusion.
Although a vestibule was established, the frequent movement of patients caused the automatic doors (outer and inner) to remain open, resulting in the intrusion of cold air and making the waiting room very cold and uncomfortable. To address this, an "Air Curtain DH2100" was installed at the outer automatic door. The opening was reduced in height by 600mm as a measure against cold air intrusion. As a result, complaints from patients in the waiting room decreased, and the collection of airborne dust (visible on the filter) was achieved.
