[Case Study of Cash Counter Implementation] Restaurant Tōtenkaku
Significant reduction in human errors due to manual calculations! A case study of a yakiniku chain restaurant operating five locations in Kanagawa Prefecture.
At Tōtenkaku, we introduced the "T-iX Cash Counter" in 2016 to reduce the time spent on cash register closing operations in our stores. After the introduction, the stress of reading the scales on the coin counter, which was previously very difficult, has been eliminated. Additionally, we were unable to perform provisional closing operations at the register when counting by hand, but now we can conduct provisional closing operations before the final register closing. 【Case Summary】 ■Challenges - Reading the scales on the coin counter was extremely difficult - We could not perform provisional closing operations at the register when counting by hand ■After Implementation - We can now perform provisional closing operations before the final register closing - The cash register closing operations have become smoother *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
