The U803/U804 series is a micro flow controller for low-viscosity liquids. There are five types available, with a minimum range of 7 to 50 mL/min and a maximum range of 100 to 1000 mL/min. The combination of a Belton-type micro turbine wheel (patented) and a proportional control valve enables excellent reproducibility and accurate flow control over the long term. It is designed for ultra-clean applications and generates no particles. The connection uses flare fittings, eliminating concerns about leaks. The length of the electrical cable, power supply, and output can be selected from several options, making it easy to use for various applications.
