The drawback was that the process took too long, but by incorporating "fluorine (Nafion)," we succeeded in establishing a long-lasting bond without the need for an adhesive. As a result, the time from application to drying to handover has been reduced to about one hour at the shortest (depending on the area being coated), making it possible to complete the work during the 2-3 hour break between lunch and dinner for restaurants. This product is currently under patent application. The coating method has already been patented (Patent No. 6539370). It complies with the Food Sanitation Act and standards for food and additives (safety comparable to food wrap). It can be safely considered for use in medical, childcare, and nursing facilities.
