Construction of 4-inch anchor wall connection holes for temporary scaffolding with low vibration and low noise.
It is possible to perform wall connection drilling work for 4-minute anchors on temporary scaffolding with low noise and vibration while remaining on-site!
Core drilling can be performed with a hole diameter of 12.7/14.5/16.5/18.0/24.0 (φ). During temporary setup, a non-vibrating drill "Hole Man AT-5" can create clean holes of 18φ or 16.5φ in tiles, allowing for the dismantling of existing tiles without the need to re-bake them, saving both time and costs. Additionally, there is no concern about efflorescence, enabling construction regardless of seasonal weather. The low-noise, dust-free operation allows for work to be done in office buildings and hospitals without disruption. Since it is a circulation type, there is no need for scaffolding for water collection or sludge disposal. Typically, drilling operations with a non-vibrating drill produce about 50 liters of sludge in a day, but with the Hole Man AT-5, this can be reduced to about 1 kg, making it an environmentally friendly tool. Furthermore, since the coolant used is only tap water, running costs are kept low. Consumables from the Water Smashing AT series can also be used.
