Roll coating process "NP-1"

Reduction of wrinkles and substrate damage! It mitigates the aggressiveness of rubber towards the opposing material.

"NP-1" is a coating processing technology for nip rolls and conveyor rolls that reduces wrinkles and substrate damage, while improving release properties. In conventional rubber roll surface modification treatments, there was a decrease in rubber durability due to forced rubber degradation treatment. With the non-chlorine modification treatment of this processing technology, rubber durability has improved, establishing an environmentally friendly rubber surface modification treatment. 【Features】 ■ Mitigates the aggressiveness of rubber towards the counterpart material ■ Prevents contamination ■ Reduces wrinkles and substrate damage occurring in nip rolls and conveyor rolls ■ Improves release properties *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.

Roll coating process "Functional DLC Coating"

Improved chemical resistance and corrosion resistance! Coating is also performed on items other than rolls.

"Functional DLC Coating" provides static electricity prevention, dirt resistance, wrinkle prevention, and improved hydrophilicity. It can be used for various types of transport rolls, stretching rolls, and rolling rolls. The maximum processing size is 300φ×2500L×2800TL (MAX 350kg). Additionally, we offer various coating treatments in a vacuum furnace, including "Room Temperature DLC Coating" and "Various Hard Thin Film Coatings." [Features] ■ Low friction coefficient: 0.2 or less ■ High hardness ■ Wear resistance: DLC (MAX 2200HV) ■ Scratch prevention measures (hard film compared to HCr) ■ Alternative to fluororesin coated rolls (higher hardness than fluororesin coating) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
