Art Chemical New Ceramic Paint Grace 21
It excels in weather resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-fouling properties, solvent resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, and more, demonstrating various functions.
- Weather Resistance Because it is primarily composed of silica, a ceramic material, it is strong against ultraviolet rays and solar heat, exhibiting exceptional weather resistance compared to conventional paints (such as acrylic paints). - Corrosion Resistance It has excellent adhesion to the substrate and forms a dense glass-like coating, providing superior corrosion resistance. - Stain Resistance The coating has excellent surface smoothness and water repellency, preventing the adhesion of dirt, dust, and debris. Additionally, by imparting water-repellent oil properties to the surface of the coating, it can further prevent oil stains and other contaminants. - High Surface Hardness The hardness of the glass-like coating is high, and it also exhibits excellent abrasion resistance. (It is superior to fluorine, urethane, and acrylic.) - Solvent Resistance and Oil Resistance The coating is resistant to solvents such as thinner and alcohol, as well as oils like mineral oil, vegetable oil, and gasoline, eliminating concerns about softening, blistering, or peeling of the coating. - Heat Resistance The heat-resistant grade of paint (GH) has heat resistance of 300-400°C for clear and 500-800°C for color, which is superior to conventional heat-resistant paints (such as silicone paints).
