We design and manufacture plastic cases starting from one piece in your preferred dimensions. If you choose a conductive case specification, it can be used for storing electronic components with electrostatic protection.
◆ Since we cut the plastic cardboard (resin sheet) to make it, no mold is required. ◆ It has water, oil, and chemical resistance with high durability. It is suitable for repeated use, making it ideal for transport boxes, storage cases, and demo equipment cases. ◆ The plastic cardboard case is made from a hollow structure resin sheet, making it lightweight and sturdy (about half the weight of a resin container). ◆ In addition to regular plastic cardboard, there is also a "conductive type" for static electricity prevention. ◆ By using thick sheets, cases for heavy items can also be produced. ◆ Antibacterial and mold-resistant treatments are also possible. * The "Plastic Cardboard Center," a dedicated website for Toyo Label's plastic cardboard cases, features a simple input "quotation form."
