Our company, based on the strengths and know-how of the in-flight meal carts developed in collaboration with Japan Airlines from 1986 to 1990, has been applying this technology since 1998 to develop, manufacture, and sell HACCP-compliant reheat carts, as well as warming and cooling carts, that enhance the efficiency of cooking operations for hospitals, welfare facilities, corporate cafeterias, schools, and more. Meals prepared in the kitchen are plated at the appropriate temperature into lunch boxes and dishes, which are then stored in the cart. The pre-heated and pre-cooled carts transport the meals to distant locations at the appropriate temperature, and as long as they are connected to a power source until serving time, they can function as warming or cooling cabinets. This system enables space-saving and energy-efficient meal provision, contributing to "higher hygiene management," "improved work efficiency through space-saving," and "timely temperature management," thereby enhancing efficiency and service.
