Leveraging our accumulated sheet metal know-how and extensive inter-company network, we realize products across a wide range of industries and fields, not just limited to sheet metal processing!

This is the finishing work for industrial steel boxes. We process them in lots of 200 units. The workflow is established as follows: cutting (laser) → bending → spot welding → powder coating → assembly and packaging. By stabilizing the precision of each process, we achieve aesthetically pleasing products. We received a request from a sales agent to produce mailboxes for a national university. Following the instruction that "the acrylic door should be transparent, and the name tag slot should be of just the right size," we manufactured a total of 10 units. It became a custom-made product filled with the customer's preferences, such as creating a drawing with model numbers based on hole positions to ensure that the connection holes are not visible.

We have received an order for dustbins to be installed in the precincts of temples in Osaka Prefecture.

We received a request to include a lid so that trash, empty cans, and PET bottles can be sorted and deposited into the stainless steel double-opening door structure, and we have realized this product. Since it will be installed in a limited space on the premises, we inquired about the size of the trash bins that customers would store inside the box and manufactured it after proposing the minimum necessary dimensions. Additionally, since the box will be installed on sloped stone tiles, we included adjustable feet with a wide range of motion, allowing for level adjustment and enabling a smart installation.
