Electrostatic charge-resistant packaging PP band Regular PP bands generate static electricity, attracting surrounding dust, and are not used in clean rooms. This anti-static (static electricity prevention) PP band is used instead. Additionally, when packaging substrates and electronic components, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) measures are essential. In this case as well, the anti-static PP band is used. Anti-static agents are blended into the polypropylene resin, resulting in a surface resistance value approximately one millionth that of regular PP bands. Furthermore, this anti-static PP band also excels in heat resistance. After bundling and undergoing heat treatment at 150°C for 72 hours, no abnormalities such as sagging of the band have been observed. The PP band with excellent characteristics has stable performance, allowing for safe use.
