We use JXTG Energy's high-performance hydrocarbon-based cleaning agent "NS Clean." For our hydrocarbon solvent vacuum cleaning system, we have introduced a large dual-engine five-tank fully automatic cleaning machine from Japan Field. 【Hydrocarbon-based Cleaning Process】 1. Load the items to be cleaned into the machine. 2. Pre-wash (atmospheric pressure water replacement cleaning). 3. Vacuum application. 4. Reduced pressure ultrasonic immersion cleaning. 5. Shower rinse (regenerated liquid). 6. Reduced pressure steam cleaning. 7. Vacuum drying [Japan Field's patented technology (PAT.2535466, PAT.3182136)]. 8. Vacuum release (N2 filling). 9. At Honma Sangyo Co., Ltd., we have introduced a custom-made large hydrocarbon cleaning system from Japan Field Co., and we use a high-performance hydrocarbon-based cleaning agent called 'NS Clean' for hydrocarbon cleaning solvents. Honma Sangyo's hydrocarbon cleaning machine combines cleaning ability through physical forces and drying capability based on boiling points. It allows for the selection of three types of physical forces: oscillation, rotation, and ultrasound. Due to its superior vacuum drying capability, we perform vacuum drying after steam finishing cleaning.
