The "Mecasera System" is also introduced as an odor removal and sludge reduction enhancement equipment for JARUS-type wastewater treatment facilities in agricultural and fishing villages. Catalysts (ceramics/mechasera balls) are placed inside a cylindrical SUS304 packing tower, and a sodium hypochlorite solution with a concentration of 12% is dripped in from a chemical injection unit into circulating water. These three components come into contact with each other in the water of the packing tower to generate "Mecasera Water." The resulting product significantly enhances the oxidative decomposition power of "active oxygen" against organic substances in chlorine.
