The IPTS-5N is an ideal peel testing machine for measuring the peel strength of embossed carrier tape based on JIS standards. 【Compliance with Standards】 ■ Measurements can be made in partial compliance with the following JIS/IEC standards: - JIS C0806-3 (2014), IEC 60286-3 (2013) 【Features】 ■ With a communication speed of 2000 data/second, even minute changes in force can be visualized in a graph. ■ Measurement speed can be easily adjusted with a dial (6 levels, maximum 1500mm/min). ■ One-touch operation allows for automatic completion of graph recording and data saving from the start of measurement, simplifying the entire process. ■ The included software can display statistical values such as minimum/maximum values and load values (N/[W]mm) for a specified tape width [W]. 【Evolution to the Next Series】 *From firmware version 5.00 onwards ■ Measurement stability has improved due to further noise countermeasures. ■ Firmware updates and downloads of various additional features are available on a dedicated site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

High-speed sampling provides high reproducibility, and the accompanying software allows for the transfer of torque values, dates and times, and OK/NG judgment results to a PC.
