Ball Tack Tester "QC-805/805A"

The strength of the tack is represented by the ball number based on the size of the steel ball that stops at a measurement section of 100mm!

We would like to introduce our ball tack tester for 1-point/4-point use, the 'QC-805/805A'. "Initial adhesive strength" refers to the ability to adhere to a substrate with light force in a short time. This product sets the incline angle to 30 degrees, with a 100mm length of the ball's runway, allowing a steel ball to roll and stop at a measurement section of 100mm. The strength of the tack is represented by the number of the ball that stops. 【Applicable Test Standards】 ■JIS Z0237 ■GB/T 4852 *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Rebound Tester "RB3000"

The measurement method is a single measurement or the average of three measurements! The distance to the anvil can be adjusted continuously.

The "RB3000" is a pendulum-type automatic elasticity tester that measures the rebound elasticity of rubber and elastomer materials. It measures the rebound elasticity from the "return energy" and "impact energy" that occur between the "hammer fin," "sample," and "RB3000." The test samples that can be measured are rubber or elastomer materials, in the form of button-type or small pieces, with a hardness range of 30 to 85 (shore A [IRHD N]). 【Features】 ■ A rebound tester that accurately measures the rebound force of rubber compounds ■ Easy operation with a 7-inch multi-touch screen ■ The pendulum has a hammer fin with a diameter of 15mm ■ Measures rebound elasticity from return energy and impact energy ■ Test samples that can be measured: rubber or elastomer materials *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
