Cylindrical Mandrel Tester

The slot on the base of the frame holds unused rods! We offer two types of mandrel bending testing machines.

The "Cylindrical Mandrel Tester" provides indicators of the elongation and adhesion of the coating film by bending a metal sheet coated with a consistent radius. In the ISO version, tests can be conducted on panels up to 65mm wide. In the ASTM version, panels up to 14cm x 22cm can be tested. Additionally, there is a "Conical Mandrel Tester" that allows for the elongation of the coating film along an extended gradient, enabling accurate measurement of adhesion. 【Features】 <Cylindrical Mandrel Tester> ■ISO Version - Made of anodized aluminum - 12 mandrels made of stainless steel ■ASTM Version - V-shaped cut to hold the mandrel during testing - Slots in the base of the frame hold unused rods *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
