High-Speed Power Line Carrier Communication (HDC-PLC)

No need for new construction or complex setup work! Eliminate communication instability with a wired connection!

"PLC communication" is a method of transmitting information signals by superimposing them onto electrical signals flowing through wiring, such as power lines. Since it utilizes existing wiring, there is no need for new wiring work or hubs, and complex setup tasks such as SSID and password configurations are unnecessary, making it easy to set up. Additionally, it resolves the instability of WiFi wireless communication with stable wired connections. It enables encrypted communication using AES-128bit, which helps prevent unauthorized access to data. [Features] ■ No need for communication wiring work ■ Stable communication with wired connections ■ Easy setup ■ Power supply capability ■ Strong security For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Example of PLC communication usage: "Centralized Meter Reading"

In addition to remote meter reading functionality, it can be utilized for more detailed applications such as HEMS!

We would like to introduce an example of utilizing PLC communication in centralized meter reading proposed by our company. Even in environments with long wiring lengths, it is possible to expand the communication area to the end of the facility through hopping technology. Additionally, due to the ample communication speed, it can be utilized not only for remote meter reading functions but also for more detailed applications such as HEMS. The PLC communication standards include "low-speed PLC," which superimposes low-frequency signals (up to 450 KHz), and "high-speed PLC," which superimposes high-frequency signals (2 to 28 MHz). "HD-PLC," classified as high-speed PLC, contributes to our customers' IoT, EMS, and Automation services due to its features. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Example of PLC Communication Utilization: "Network System for Schools"

Even in the situation where the ground communication network is destroyed, it can be utilized as communication infrastructure for evacuees!

We would like to introduce an example of utilizing PLC communication in our proposed network system for schools. By utilizing existing wiring (TV antenna cables and power lines), it is possible to establish a WiFi environment within the facility without the need for new wiring. This is expected to reduce the costs associated with improving the network environment. Additionally, in the event of a disaster, using satellite internet can serve as a communication infrastructure for evacuees, even when ground communication networks are destroyed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Example of PLC Communication: 'Coin Parking'

Communication is possible even with underground buried cables! Since communication wiring is not required, it enables shorter construction periods and cost reduction.

We would like to introduce an example of utilizing PLC communication in coin parking proposed by our company. Since both "power supply" and "communication" are possible, the construction can be completed with just one power line installation. As communication wiring is not required, it enables a reduction in construction time and costs. By utilizing high-speed power line communication in temporary parking lots, we can build solutions at a low cost. Additionally, the PLC communication standards include "low-speed PLC," which superimposes low-frequency signals (up to 450 KHz), and "high-speed PLC," which superimposes high-frequency signals (2 to 28 MHz). "HD-PLC," classified as high-speed PLC, contributes to our customers' IoT, EMS, and Automation services due to its features. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

60GHz wireless communication device "ecdi"

"ecdi" is a millimeter-wave high-speed wireless communication device that can be easily installed and operated immediately by simply plugging in a LAN cable.

The ecdi uses a frequency band that does not require a license, unlike mobile phones, so it can be used immediately by simply plugging in the PoE power after taking it out of the box. It allows for clear communication without being affected by weather radar or other Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, similar to Wi-Fi. Changing the concept of millimeter waves―――― While higher frequencies are often associated with stronger directivity, the ecdi automatically tracks the radio waves with its beamforming function, even with slight movements of the equipment. It can be installed in environments where precise placement opposite each other is difficult. Three features: ■ Achieves high-speed, low-latency communication equivalent to wired LAN wirelessly 1 Gbps over distances of more than 100 meters / low latency in the millisecond range over wireless sections ■ Ensures easy operation and stability with the license-free, low-interference 60 GHz band High-density operation is possible through narrow beam directional antenna control ■ Compact and lightweight, easily installable anywhere indoors or outdoors Waterproof and dustproof with IP66/IP67 ratings, usable in environments ranging from -30°C to 50°C

Wireless Modbus

Wireless mesh with Modbus RTU

A wireless mesh that performs self-optimization relays messages from wireless nodes connected to Modbus slaves to gateway nodes connected to the master. Even if the communication environment changes, the communication path is always optimized to ensure reliable data transmission. Thanks to LumenRadio's patented unique frequency hopping, it operates at 2.4GHz without interference from or to other radio waves, achieving cognitive coexistence and stable communication in any environment. By using this product to wireless-enable Modbus RTU, it connects Modbus networks in locations previously abandoned due to the limitations of cable installation, while also providing high flexibility in equipment layout. Additionally, eliminating cable installation contributes to reducing construction costs and shortening construction periods. The setup of the master and slave is completed in three steps after powering on, and the mesh topology is fully automatic, requiring no cumbersome configurations. A single master (gateway) can manage up to 100 nodes within one network.
