The CTD9100 is particularly suitable for field calibration, and its user-friendly, compact, and lightweight design allows it to be easily transported and used anywhere. By enabling simple regular calibration of temperature probes, it can reduce production downtime due to failures. This calibration bath can be easily set to cold junction temperatures for extended periods, simplifying the calibration of thermocouples. It not only eliminates the complexity of typical water fixed-point cells but also mitigates the risks of freezing or damage during transport. The freezing point calibrator can not only calibrate at 0°C but also allows for simultaneous calibration at other test temperatures through active cooling. This device concept enables more efficient and quicker calibration of industrial temperature probes by combining a stable temperature source with accurate Pt100 temperature measurement. From design to control mechanisms, it maintains a uniform temperature distribution within the block. This ensures that temperature variations do not occur across the seven test holes, allowing for a consistent temperature distribution environment and reducing the impact of measurement uncertainty.

The CTB9000 is a higher model of the dry well temperature calibrators in the CTD9100 and CTD9300 series. In dry well temperature calibrators, the shallow insertion depth can lead to thermal conduction errors, increasing measurement uncertainty. However, when the stem length is less than 70 mm, using this product can resolve this issue. Additionally, improvements have been made for calibrating multiple probes simultaneously, allowing for the calibration of thermometers with different stem lengths together. You can choose from two temperature ranges: -35 ... +165 °C and 40 ... 225 °C, with an option to support up to 255 °C. The CTB9100 achieves a reduction in thermal conduction errors and measurement uncertainty by controlling the temperature of a liquid tank with a diameter of 60 mm and a depth of 150 mm. Calibration temperature can be easily and very quickly controlled using two keys on the controller. The actual temperature and the set temperature can be displayed simultaneously on a large 4-digit high-contrast LCD, significantly reducing human errors due to reading discrepancies.
