TopPac Plastic Syringe

Plastic syringe TopPac that meets CCI (Container Closure Integrity) at -80℃.

SCHOTT's plastic syringe "TopPac" is used as a pre-filled syringe by many pharmaceutical companies around the world due to its excellent performance and quality. Recent studies have shown that even after repeated freeze/thaw cycles and storage or transportation at -80°C, container closure integrity (CCI) is maintained. It is expected to serve as a next-generation pharmaceutical packaging material that can replace glass containers for mRNA pharmaceuticals, which require ultra-low temperature storage, when considering the lifecycle management of pharmaceutical containers. Additionally, by applying a special silicone coating, particle generation can be minimized. It also excels in oxygen barrier properties. The product is delivered sterilized.
