Multi-point liquid level detection "Electrode-type level switch"

The structure is simple! It captures water levels at multiple points with just one device!

The electrode-type level switch is a simple level sensor that detects the level of liquids. When the electrode comes into contact with the liquid, the circuit closes, and the switch operates. It can be used for tank pump control and upper/lower limit alarms. ● Multi-point detection with one unit A single level switch can provide up to 6 contact outputs, allowing for precise tank control. ● Numerous applications By changing the material of the detection electrode, it can be used for various applications from wastewater to chemical liquids. ● Safe even with suspended solids in the liquid The electrode is insulated, so there is no concern about malfunction even if suspended solids come into contact with the electrode. (The tip is uncoated) ● Long-term stable operation With no moving parts, it can be used safely for extended periods. For more details, please click on the related link or download the catalog.

Positive list compliant radar millimeter wave level gauge

Safety and Security Positive List Compliant Products

The positive list system is an important regulatory approach that protects product quality and safety, benefiting both consumers and businesses. Understanding what is permitted and what is not in the food industry and manufacturing is a crucial step in enhancing product reliability and ensuring safety. Radar millimeter-wave level gauges are used to monitor the storage levels of tanks containing food raw materials and products, contributing to improvements in productivity, labor-saving, and quality enhancement. Of course, these level gauges comply with the positive list system, allowing customers to use them with confidence in their facilities. For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Level Monitoring Without Drilling Holes in the Tank

Reduce initial costs without drilling work!

There was a desire to introduce a level gauge to the wastewater tank at the semiconductor factory, but there were concerns from other companies that installation would require drilling a hole in the tank, which was troubling. <Challenges Before Introduction> 1) If a hole is drilled in the tank, it will need to be emptied, and the costs for drilling work and cleaning will accumulate, in addition to having to stop production. 2) It is unclear whether the existing level gauge is functioning properly, so we have to go to the site and check visually. We want to accurately grasp the remaining amount. For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Monitoring the Level of Collected Dust

Stable level monitoring without relying on the experience points of veterans.

In the automobile recycling factory, the dust generated during the crushing of cars is collected by a dust collector and then pumped to a container, with the level monitoring of the container relying on the experience of veteran workers. Therefore, we would like to introduce a case where we solved this issue by implementing a radar-type millimeter-wave level gauge. <Challenges Before Implementation> 1) When there is a sudden increase in the pumping volume, even veteran workers may misjudge the timing, leading to an overflow of the set quantity. 2) We want to enable even young workers to switch the containers at the appropriate timing. For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Hydroelectric Power Plant Water Intake Level Monitoring

Water level monitoring for the safety of the lower reaches.

In waterway power generation, water is taken from upstream rivers and sent to the power station through a waterway. If the water intake is low, the downstream area can experience flooding, which is dangerous, so monitoring water levels is very important. This time, we will introduce a case where millimeter-wave level gauges were implemented for monitoring water levels in the waterway of the waterway power generation and in the river, achieving stable power generation and safety in the downstream area. <Points for Selecting Millimeter-Wave Level Gauges!> 1) With millimeter-wave level gauges, the radiation angle is narrow, allowing avoidance of interference with structures even in confined spaces. 2) Millimeter-wave level gauges can provide stable measurements even at long distances of over 20 meters. For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Level Measurement of Electric Furnace Bath Surface

Safety measures for the work environment! Avoid dangerous tasks!

This is an introduction to a case where a millimeter-wave level meter was introduced to automate the measurement of the molten metal surface temperature, which is one of the tasks performed manually in the high-temperature environment of an electric furnace. <Challenges Before Introduction> Measuring the molten metal surface temperature of an electric furnace close to 1500°C is dangerous as it is done manually from the edge of the furnace. We want to utilize robots, but instructions on the depth for inserting the thermometer are necessary. For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Factory Water Intake - Introduction of Radio Wave Water Level Gauge

Which water level gauge is best for the factory's intake?

Driftwood and fallen leaves flow into the water intake, causing blockages in the screens and waterways. Furthermore, temperature differences and the effects of wind and snow can lead to unstable water level measurements. The water intake is an inconspicuous facility, but if problems arise, they can affect the entire production line. So, what kind of water level gauge is suitable for such an environment? For more details, please refer to the related URL.

【Sample available for loan!】 A unique magnetic switch different from reed switches and Hall elements. Designed for long life and maintenance-free.

This is a DC three-wire magnetic proximity switch using a saturated coil that utilizes high-frequency transmission. We offer four models tailored to different applications based on shape and protective structure. The 'SW-252A' and 'SW-272A', compliant with IP68, can be used underwater at all times. Additionally, leveraging the characteristics of magnetic detection type proximity switches, it allows for the differentiation of detected magnetic poles (both NS poles, only N pole, only S pole). Main Features: Four models available: rectangular case types 'SW-250A' and 'SW-252A', and M9 case types 'SW-270A' and 'SW-272A'. - The 'SW-250A' and 'SW-270A' with protection structure IP67 come with an operation indicator light. - The IP68 'SW-252A' and 'SW-272A' can be used underwater at all times. - Output formats (PNP, NPN) can be selected according to PLC input. - The 'SW-270A' and 'SW-272A' have screw threads on the sensor body, making height adjustment easy after installation! The detection distance can be freely set according to the magnetic force of the magnet, allowing multiple units to be used side by side without mutual interference. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*

Magnetic proximity switch, N pole/S pole, individual 2 outputs, waterproof, IP-67

Magnetic switch (magnetic sensor) using our unique element, different from reed switches, Hall elements, and MR elements, identifies and outputs the N pole and S pole.

There are various detection elements such as reed switches, Hall elements, MR elements, and TMR elements, but our company utilizes a unique "saturable coil" for sensing. Since the outputs are generated separately for the N pole and S pole, the range of applications expands depending on the combination of magnets used. By selecting the appropriate magnets, the detection distance can be extended to over 100mm. It can detect magnets underground. Depending on the application, it can also sense within the soil of golf courses, baseball fields, and various sports venues. For example, if the S pole is detected for positioning, it can decelerate, and if the N pole is detected, it can stop. Normally, it operates under N pole control, and if the S pole is detected, it can perform an unconditional emergency stop, all with a single switch. By using N and S magnets on tags, binary codes can be created, which can also be utilized for sorting tasks. Since it detects the magnetic field generated by the magnets, it is not affected by dirt or dust. Sample lending is available. It can be used in various scenarios, from polarity discrimination of magnets to non-contact detection, from manufacturing lines to inspection jigs. Custom options, such as completely submersible types, are also available while maintaining the electrical specifications.
