The mold monitoring device PLUS-E PE-600 detects "residues," "short shots," and "ejector pin breakage," which can cause "mold damage" during the plastic molding process, and controls the molding machine to prevent costly mold damage. It continues to provide mold monitoring through digital color image processing and an operating environment via the main touch panel, while achieving the previously difficult task of four-time monitoring! This also enables product monitoring on the traverse, preventing the outflow of defective products. It allows for more precise monitoring of molding processes (insert molding and two-color molding) for electronic components, automotive parts, and electrical equipment.
