[Case Study of Business Improvement Support] Manufacturing and Wholesale Industry

Introduction of a case where a complementary system was built to address gaps that could not be handled by the package system.

In a cosmetics manufacturing and wholesale company, a package system for sales and production management was introduced and utilized, but the package system alone could not cover everything, leading to various concerns and challenges. Therefore, a subsystem was built and implemented to allow real-time visibility of inventory status. By constructing a complementary system to fill the gaps that the package system could not address, we achieved greater efficiency tailored to the customer's operations. [Support Examples] - Built and implemented a subsystem to enable real-time visibility of inventory status. - Organized a complicated coding system to ensure consistency. - Developed a subsystem capable of automatic ordering based on production planning such as required quantity calculations. - Expanded the production processing management system to enable performance management and other functions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Problem Solving in Smart Factory Construction Support] Dedicated Subsystem

Improving the speed of improvement by utilizing ICT tools! Examples of establishing improved systems through a system.

We would like to introduce a case where we solved the challenges of "dedicated subsystems" with the support of Astec in building smart factories. In addition to the core systems that govern the management of manufacturing companies, there are times when subsystems tailored to individual organizations and functions are needed for production planning, tracking production results, monitoring process progress, equipment operation status, inventory management, and design load management. Our company proposes, implements, and supports the utilization of such field-oriented subsystems while considering integration with the clients' core systems. By utilizing ICT tools to improve the speed of improvements, we connect these efforts to outcomes such as increased productivity and establish the improved systems within the organization. [Case Overview] ■ Expected Effects: Solving specific challenges on-site, low-cost investment ■ Main Functions and Features: Customized for each challenge, field-oriented proposals *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Regional Bank in Kanto (Human Resource Development Subsystem, etc.)

Training, correspondence education, and management of securities sales representatives and solicitors can mostly be done through data exchange! Here are examples of cases where this has been implemented in financial institutions.

We would like to introduce a case study of the products implemented by C.C.U. Corporation. A regional bank in the Kanto area faced challenges in their human resource development operations, where during training periods, staff had to stay overnight at the training venue, and they were busy with document preparation and other tasks before the training, often overwhelmed by daily administrative work. To address this, they implemented the "Human Resources, Payroll, and Employment System + Human Resource Development Subsystem." After the system was introduced, the application for training, correspondence education, and certification exams could be collected through internal network web submissions, and applications to organizers, as well as management of securities sales representatives and solicitors, became largely possible through data exchange. [Overview] ■ Industry: Financial Services ■ Implemented Products: Human Resources, Payroll, and Employment System + Human Resource Development Subsystem *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
