"Achieving high penetration and workability" Steel pipe pile 'Kenma Pile'
High support capacity and low cost! Improved penetration into the intermediate rigid layer with a distinctive wing shape! Earthquake-resistant steel pipe piles! 【*GBRC Performance Certification No. 17-32】
The "Kenma Pile" is a steel pipe pile designed with a focus on penetration capability and workability for intermediate hard layers using a rotary penetration method. The shape of the wings of the Kenma Pile was developed based on the experience, technology, and achievements accumulated over time. By making the tip piece individual, it achieves excellent penetration and workability. The foundation piles used in this construction method have a semicircular wing with an opening of half the diameter of the steel pipe (φ 101.6 to φ 267.4) attached at a slope of 13° to the horizontal axis. The wing part is constructed by creating slits along the pile axis and welding on both the inside and outside. Additionally, by achieving 100% effective cross-sectional area (AP) for the wing part, it realizes high bearing capacity and low cost. 【Features】 - Piles that prioritize penetration capability and workability - Achieves one of the highest extraction forces in the industry, κ65 - Enables size reduction design without considering the diameter of the pile shaft, achieving low cost - Reliable and easy-to-understand stopping management method *For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *We are also recruiting agents for the "Kenma Method."
