Method Introduction: "STBC-SR II Cast-in-Place Steel Pipe Concrete Pile Method"
Low cost, high quality: We create earthquake-resistant foundations for safe and secure urban development!
Bored concrete piles using steel pipes with protrusions (welded molded protrusions) that excel in integration with concrete on the inner surface of the steel pipe. The protrusions can be selected from two types: one located at the lower part of the steel pipe and the other at the upper and lower parts. They can be chosen according to design conditions, achieving low cost and high quality. Acquired evaluation from the Japan Building Center, a general incorporated foundation: - BCJ F-560 (July 31, 1990) - BCJ Evaluation-FD0416-03 (January 29, 2016) <Features> ■ Earthquake resistance… High bending resistance and holding capacity. Excellent safety during earthquakes. ■ Economic efficiency… High design flexibility allows for the selection of structural types according to design conditions. ■ Environmental consideration… The pile diameter can be slimmed down, reducing the amount of excavated soil. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
