The insertion method involves using a guiding pipe to perform directional correction while pushing to the arrival shaft, and then excavating with an enlarged cutter head guided by the pipe. The tip resistance is borne by the thrust transmission rod, while the thrust pipe only bears the circumferential resistance, making it a two-stage method for pushing low-load-bearing pipes.
