"AT-01" is a photocatalytic sol suitable for anti-soiling of concrete and stone materials. It is pre-adjusted to a high photocatalytic activity crystalline structure of titanium dioxide called "anatase," so there is no strict need for firing; it exhibits photocatalytic function simply by being applied and dried. Additionally, it features high activity without transitioning to "rutile" as it crystallizes in a liquid state at low temperatures. Because it can be coated at low temperatures, it can be applied to non-heat-resistant materials such as concrete and stone. The Kisei Tech PRO Oil, adjusted as an oil-based termite repellent, is based on Aomori Hiba essential oil, which has the highest termite-repelling efficacy among domestic tree species, and is blended with domestic tree essential oils in a well-balanced manner. The effective ingredient, the content of hinokitiol, has been increased to 0.5% (over 200% compared to our conventional products), and combined with good wood penetration, it fully demonstrates the termite-repelling power of Hiba oil throughout. It does not contain any substances subject to VOC regulations established by the Building Standards Act of 2003 or any chemicals for which the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has set indoor concentration guideline values. Additionally, compared to the old product (Kisei Tech PRO Zol N), the ratio of Hiba oil has been increased, resulting in a higher overall content of plant ingredients.
