Test sieve

It is possible to weave with a sieve with a mesh size of 45μm or less! There are two types: mesh sieves and plate sieves.

The old sieve is made of metal wire woven at right angles (plain weave), and for sieves with nominal dimensions of 3.35mm or larger, to prevent sieve mesh distortion, the metal wire can be pre-bent before weaving. There are two types: mesh and plate (with the woven mesh part being perforated metal). Additionally, the naming of the sieve is based on the standard number or product name, nominal dimensions, weaving method (in the case of twill weave), and the diameter and depth of the frame. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
