We will introduce patented methods【Sky Method】【Fit Method】that use high-performance heat-insulating sheets to prevent temperature rise within factories.
The "Sky Method" is a construction technique that involves installing a high-performance heat insulation sheet that cuts approximately 97% of the "radiant heat from the sun," which cannot be completely prevented by insulation materials, onto a corrugated roof, resulting in a maximum indoor temperature reduction of 11°C. This is a construction case study. Originally, the Sky Sheet is used as a sky method installed on top of a corrugated roof, but in some cases, it is used differently, so we will introduce such an example. Building usage: Temporary toilet heat insulation at a construction site Construction site: Shizuoka Prefecture Product used: Thermo Barrier Sky Installation location: Two-unit temporary toilet Construction period: August 2022 Construction days: 0.5 days It was installed as a heat countermeasure for a temporary toilet at a site office with a construction period of about 8 months. Since it is a rental item, caulking was not used; instead, the overlapping parts were made larger to prevent water intrusion, and finished with glass cloth aluminum tape. In addition to heat countermeasures, we also expect benefits for winter temperatures.
Quantifying energy-saving effects before and after the introduction of the Sky method!
Currently, we are running a campaign for customers who adopt our Sky Method. This is a "Visualization Campaign" that quantifies the energy-saving contributions before and after implementation. The "Visualization Campaign" addresses the challenges of considering the Sky Method: "Is it really effective?" "Evaluating the effects is cumbersome." "Creating reports is difficult." → We will solve all these challenges for you! - We will record utility costs and room temperatures before and after the implementation of the Sky Method and quantify the effects! - You can leave all the preparation and installation of the necessary measuring equipment to us! - We will also take care of data aggregation and report creation, so you can immediately report within your company with the materials provided. There is heat that cannot be stopped by insulation alone. With the power of heat shielding, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. ThermoBarrier is a heat shield material that cuts 99% of radiant heat that cannot be prevented by insulation alone. By using ThermoBarrier on your home's roof and walls, you can suppress the rise in building temperature caused by the sun's radiant heat in summer, lowering the perceived temperature. This makes it possible to reduce the use of air conditioning. In winter, the indoor temperature tends to escape outside. Since ThermoBarrier reflects the radiant heat generated indoors back into the room, it helps prevent the drop in temperature within the building.
