This time, we laid 12mm Zetron and Pokara sheets in four areas: Living Bedroom 1, Living Bedroom 2, and the washroom changing area, as part of the new construction of a commercial facility. For the wiring route, we cut the Zetron to create grooves. This time, we are installing just under 50 floor heating sheets in the living dining kitchen area. We are laying out the sheets in the spacious living dining space and drilling holes to drop the wiring under the floor. The column areas are being adjusted by changing the length of the sheets. In the kitchen, we are starting the installation right at the edge of the sink. 1. We will layout the sheets and drill holes to drop the wiring under the floor. 2. We will arrange and line up the sheets. 3. We will line them up inside the layout at one-foot intervals. 4. We will seal the holes with waterproof tape, secure the sheets, and the sheet installation will be complete. 5. Under the floor, we will connect the sheets to the dedicated jumper wires with connectors and wrap them with self-fusing tape. 6. We have been selected for the office in the new construction of a commercial facility in Ibaraki Prefecture.

We have laid 16 sheets, each 4200 millimeters long, in the office. This time, we pre-installed the wiring from the wall to under the floor using floor-mounted wiring. The floor has a 9-millimeter Zetron sheet laid on top of a concrete slab, and then we installed a Pokara sheet on top of that. We created grooves in the substrate for the wiring route and arranged the sheets at 303-millimeter intervals. We will connect the sheet wiring and controller wiring in the grooves and finish it off. We installed eight sheets of 900 millimeters in length during the kitchen space renovation work.

Drill a hole in the wall for embedding the controller and pass the wiring for the floor heating sheet through it. Measure the insulation resistance of the sheet, and it must pass with a reading of 50 megohms or more. The controller will be installed once the wall covering is finished, completing the process. We have laid down a track due to the office expansion construction.

From below, a concrete slab, insulation material, and battens were installed. A base was constructed with 12mm plywood, and a floor wiring type sheet was laid between the battens. A groove was made in the floor base to run the wiring and make connections. The connection points will be waterproofed as a moisture prevention measure. A wiring route was created up to the wall near the controller, passing through the wall to connect to the controller.
