"NSG TEC" is a Transparent Electrically Conductive glass. It is a product coated with a metallic conductive thin film (TCO) on the glass surface using an online CVD method that utilizes thermal decomposition during the glass manufacturing process. Utilizing high-output xenon excimer lamps! An introduction to the film deposition rate of the light CVD method.

By forming a thin film on the surface of metals and polymer materials, it is possible to control the mechanical, thermal, chemical, and electrical properties of the material's surface. Various methods are employed for the thin film deposition used in this surface modification, including vacuum deposition, PVD, and plasma CVD methods. It is expected that the exploration and development of new deposition methods will continue in the future. In this document, we present the results of our examination of the potential for a thin film manufacturing process using a "high-output xenon excimer lamp." Construction report on "Eco-Mulfilm" at Kyoto University Uji Campus.

We would like to introduce the installation results of a film that cuts infrared rays by 85% and ultraviolet rays by 99.5%.

This is a report on the installation of Eco-Malfilm at the Uji Campus of Kyoto University, a national university corporation. We have applied "Eco-Malfilm M-IR" to the glass surfaces of the Ion Linear Accelerator Building, the University Cooperative, the Joint Research Building, the Ultra-High Resolution Spectroscopic Electron Microscope Building, Building N, Building M, the Comprehensive Research Experiment Building, the Nucleic Acid Information Analysis Building, the Ultra-Low Temperature Science Laboratory, and Building W. This document presents the "Temperature Measurement Results." Construction report on "Eco-Mulch Film" at Kyoto University National University Corporation.

Because the room was very hot, we installed mirror-type heat-insulating film in the laboratory.

This is a report on the installation of Eco-Mulfilm at the National University Corporation Kyoto University, in the Comprehensive Research Building No. 3 and the former Petrochemical Main Building. The renovation of the building's fixtures has been completed, and the glass and frames are relatively new, with a grid design for the windows. As a result, the dimensions of each glass pane are small, and the film was applied in small sections. The room was very hot, so a mirror-type heat-shielding film was installed in the laboratory. This document includes "installation scenes," "post-installation scenes," and "temperature sensation measurements (during measurement)."
