Integrated solar cell roof method Silver Leaf VFP

Integrated solar cell roofing method Silver Leaf VFP

This is a groundbreaking solar power generation system roofing method that can be installed on curved roofs. Traditional solar power systems include mounted systems that place solar modules on the roof and integrated systems that combine the roof material with the solar cells, but both are limited to flat surfaces for installation. Our Silver Leaf VFP utilizes amorphous laminate solar cells that can be freely bent. By incorporating it into a special smooth metal roofing system that allows for curved installation, it enables innovative architectural designs that overturn the conventional image of solar power generation.

Leaf-resistant grating Water Leaf

Waterleaf mitigates the reduction of drainage capacity of grating caused by fallen leaves by installing guide slopes on the grating.

Fallen leaves in green belts and parks gather in grates due to rain and wind. The leaves that accumulate in the grates pile up around the grates, obstructing drainage. In the case of Water Leaf, the leaves are pushed out by the force of the water. 【In the case of conventional products】 Leaves get caught at the edges of the grates and accumulate there. The leaves cover the area around the grates, allowing water to pass through the grates. 【In the case of Water Leaf】 Leaves are pushed towards the center of the grate by water flowing down the slope. Since the guide slope section is always open, it allows for sufficient drainage of rainwater.
