Crushing Processing Device "Hurricane"

It demonstrates its power in various applications, from high-quality aggregate production and processing to ecology and recycling fields!

The "Hurricane" is a crushing treatment device developed to produce high-quality aggregates that cannot be obtained with conventional crushing equipment. By adopting a new mechanism that concentrates more ideal stress, it further enhances the dulling and granulation functions of raw materials, achieving excellent versatility that goes beyond just aggregate production. Additionally, by using a spline-type universal joint on the shaft connecting the drive part and the drum/rotor, it improves power efficiency. This has enabled cost reduction and the expansion of applications such as disintegration and de-gumming. 【Functions】 ■ Revives low-quality aggregates for ready-mixed concrete into high-quality aggregates ■ Capable of disintegrating and de-gumming mudstone and dredged soil ■ Reduces industrial waste, allowing for reuse as landfill material ■ Can streamline the pretreatment process for recycling cullet (used bottles) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Water treatment system "AEDR System"

Maximize the effective use of raw water to the limit! With this system, we take RO devices a step further, changing the common understanding of wastewater treatment.

The "AEDR System" is a water treatment device that reuses approximately 90% of the concentrated wastewater generated from existing RO systems as raw water. Since this device operates independently, it can be integrated into the concentrated water system while allowing the existing RO system to be used as is, presenting a low-risk solution. By passing about 30% of the concentrated water that was previously considered wastewater through this device, it is possible to return approximately 27% to the tank as raw water. 【Features】 - Allows the reuse of concentrated water as raw water simply by attaching it to the existing RO system. - A device that removes ions from water using electrical power. - Capable of processing large volumes of water at low pressure since it does not use filters. - Equipped with a "self-cleaning function" that automatically switches the electrodes and processing path at regular intervals. - Capable of stably processing very dirty water with a conductivity of up to approximately 6000 μS/cm and reusing it as raw water. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Heavy metal immobilization and solidification material "STA-M"

No concurrent high alkalinity issues! The reaction between MgO and added inorganic elements exhibits insolubilization and solidification effects.

"STA-M" is an insolubilization and solidification material primarily composed of magnesium oxide (MgO), which is produced by firing magnesite (magnesium carbonate), a natural material, at approximately 800°C. By adding inorganic materials to the main component MgO, it is possible to insolubilize all regulated heavy metals. The material is in the form of a white powder with a particle size of less than 1mm, and it exhibits insolubilization and solidification effects through the reaction between MgO and the added inorganic elements. 【Features】 ■ The pH after treatment is below 10.5 as it does not contain calcium-based materials. ■ It does not cause high alkalinity issues. ■ It has a large specific surface area, making it highly reactive with soil particles and heavy metal ions. ■ Compared to cement-based solidification materials, it has a lower pH and a reduced risk of re-dissolution of heavy metals. ■ The insolubilization effect is sustained over a long period. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Information] Explanation of the filtration material test in use

Implemented in accordance with the provisions of JWWA A103-1988! Information on screening tests, washing turbidity tests, and more is included.

This document explains the testing of filtration materials in use based on the Japan Water Works Association standard JWWA A103. It includes tests such as the "sieving test," "cleaning turbidity test," "adhered material turbidity test," and "quantitative test for adhered metal substances." We continue to conduct tests in accordance with the regulations established in 1988 under JWWA A103-1988. However, regarding the standard solution for turbidity measurement, we have changed from the previously used kaolin suspension to a polystyrene particle suspension for calibration due to revisions in water quality standards. [Contents (partial)] ■ Sieving test ■ Cleaning turbidity test ■ Adhered material turbidity test ■ Adhered material sludge volume test ■ Quantitative test for adhered metal substances *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Chiffon tank (*no need for media replacement, rapid filtration device)

Balancing "consideration for the global environment" and "cost reduction"! It is possible to significantly reduce the amount of backwash water.

We have developed a filtration device called "Chiffon Tank" that allows for consistently stable filtered water quality without the need to replace the filtration material. The filtration material inside this product is always kept in a clean state, so only a small amount of supplementary sand is required, and there is no need for any replacement of the filtration material. By completely detaching the hard, adhered turbidity through chiffon cleaning and performing backwashing solely for the purpose of rinsing that turbidity, it is possible to significantly reduce the amount of backwash water compared to conventional filtration devices. 【Features】 ■ Dramatically reduced maintenance costs ■ Contributes to zero emissions ■ Significantly lowers water quality maintenance costs ■ Supports wastewater treatment ■ The chiffon screw part is cartridge-type, making maintenance of the tank itself easy *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
