Achieving significant cost reductions! Introducing a case study on the effects of implementing industrial water treatment systems.
We would like to introduce the case study of the implementation effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher," handled by Be-Tep Co., Ltd. In a system that had been injecting chemicals at a cost of 500,000 to 600,000 yen per month (approximately 7 million yen annually) since installation, we conducted a 6-month test of our product under the condition of no chemical injection. During the open inspection after 6 months, we confirmed that there was no scale adhesion at all on the areas painted white. In the CT management after the introduction of "Scale Watcher," we achieved complete no chemical injection, except for chlorine treatment for slime prevention, in the sixth year. [Case Study] ■ Installed in a large cooling tower ■ Installation locations - Pipe diameter 300mm x 1 unit - Pipe diameter 450mm x 1 unit ■ Implementation effects - Significant reduction in expenses achieved *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Significant reduction in the use of detergents and chemicals! Introducing case studies on the effects of implementing water treatment systems for light industry.
We would like to introduce the case studies of the introduction effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher," handled by B-Tep Co., Ltd. In wastewater facilities, the usage of detergents and chemicals (caustic soda) was high, leading to increased burden on wastewater treatment facilities and difficulties in their management. After the installation of our product, most dirt could be washed away with just water in the work area. The amount of detergents and chemicals used was significantly reduced, and the burden on wastewater treatment facilities and management was greatly diminished. The fats that had been stuck could also be easily washed away with regular cleaning, resulting in a significant improvement in the work environment. 【Case Study】 ■ Installed in wastewater facilities ■ Issues - High usage of detergents and chemicals (caustic soda) increasing the burden on wastewater treatment facilities - Slippery floors in the work area leading to accidents - Bad odors from fats sticking in gutters and drainage pits ■ Introduction Effects - Significant reduction in the usage of detergents and chemicals - Greatly reduced burden on wastewater treatment facilities and management - Significant improvement in the work environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
Introducing examples of installation effects in the cooling line of a cast iron foundry furnace!
We would like to introduce the implementation effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher" handled by B-Tep Co., Ltd. To verify the installation effects in the cooling line of a casting factory furnace, we installed this product on the water supply side of the cooling water for the induction path (high frequency and low frequency) equipment. After one year of operation, the interior of the cooling water piping showed that the softened deposits could be easily removed, and the inner surface had formed a black rust film, indicating that the reduction effect of this product was functioning well. [Case Study] ■ Installation effects in the cooling line of a cast iron factory furnace ■ Issues - Softened deposits do not easily detach ■ Implementation effects - Deposits can be easily removed - Inner surface forms a black rust film *The PDF materials available for download are a digest version. Introducing examples of scale removal and oil separation promotion in house manufacturer degreasing lines!
We would like to introduce the case study of the introduction effects of the frequency modulation electromagnetic field water treatment device "Scale Watcher" handled by B-Tep Co., Ltd. When scale adhered to the heat exchanger, it could not maintain a consistent temperature, and there was a large amount of hardened scale. After operating our product, the scale softened after six months and could be easily wiped off with a finger. [Case Study] ■ Scale removal and oil separation promotion in the degreasing line of a house manufacturer ■ Issues - Inability to maintain a consistent temperature - Large amounts of hardened scale ■ Introduction Effects - Scale softening - Could be easily wiped off with a finger *The PDF material available for download is a digest version. 35% reduction in pool chlorine input! A case that has also reduced odors and created a comfortable environment!
We would like to introduce a case study of reducing chlorine levels in pools and bathing facilities using our "Scale Watcher." Before installation, the strong chlorine smell was due to excessive use of chlorine agents, and problems arose from decreased filtration capacity caused by filter clogging and media hardening. After installation, the solubility of chlorine improved, making it easier to maintain concentration standards, and the amount of chlorine agents used was reduced by 35%. The filtration capacity significantly improved, and backwashing of the media became easier. 【Case Summary】 ■ Before Installation - Strong chlorine smell due to excessive use of chlorine agents - Increased costs due to more frequent replacements ■ After Installation - Improved chlorine solubility made it easier to maintain concentration standards - Odor was reduced, creating a more comfortable environment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

A drainage treatment system that meets the oil wastewater standards of the Water Pollution Control Law by adopting a newly developed treatment tank, achieving an oil concentration in treated water of 3 mg/L or less as a standard.
- Adoption of newly developed processing tank - Easily meets the oil wastewater discharge standard of 5 mg/L set by the Water Pollution Control Law - Achieves an oil concentration of 3 mg/L or less in treated water as standard - Can also comply with additional discharge standards set by prefectures (1 mg/L is a special specification) - No power supply required as it is pumped by the discharge pressure of Orion's drain trap (Electromagnetic type: ADE450, Disc type: AD-5) - The pumped drain is depressurized by an orifice, and the oil is adsorbed and separated through the chamber tank → pre-treatment tank → main processing tank (DPS37 only has the main processing tank) - The clarity of the treated water can be checked through the window on the front of the main unit - It is also possible to sample treated water from the inspection valve - The processing tank containing adsorbent material has minimal water dripping and can be easily replaced in a short time - There is a cold climate specification that automatically prevents drain freezing (single-phase AC 200V) - Outdoor installation is possible with the use of a rain cover (optional item)
High flux purification and sterilization device
This system uses a super-hydrophilic cellulose acetate membrane, boasting high permeability that surpasses conventional ultrafiltration (UF) membrane standards. By replacing tap water with water filtered through UF membranes from industrial water, groundwater, and river water, it is possible to reduce water supply costs. Additionally, it is also possible to perform advanced treatment of wastewater and reuse it. This system employs UF membranes as a replacement for traditional coagulation-sedimentation and sand filtration devices. The UF membranes used in this system are certified by the Water Technology Center for drinking water membrane modules, ensuring high safety and reliability based on extensive achievements and experience, making them suitable for the disinfection and clarification of well water, industrial water, river water, and seawater. The UF membranes can remove pathogens, turbidity components, bacteria, and viruses, providing highly treated water. Since UF membranes are used, coagulants are not required, significantly reducing chemical costs. The system is compactly unitized, requiring approximately 50-70% of the installation area compared to conventional methods, achieving space savings. It can operate unmanned due to an automatic control system.
Removes turbidity, bacteria, and viruses; can also be used for wastewater recycling.
Low installation area, low cost, and high performance due to high permeability water volume.
